Wellness Mentoring in London

''Growth demands the temporary suspension of security” Gail Sheehy

Have you ever felt stuck? The quote above unpacks why change can be scary and why it’s often not possible to make shifts alone. To change we have to break patterns and make sacrifices. As creatures of habit even slight change can become difficult to tackle. Wellness mentoring is a process of support and practical steps leading towards a planned outcome. We work together to build momentum and resilience on the way. My approach is to work one to one with clients, creating a tailored response though yoga, breathwork, guided meditations, mantra where suitable and creative practices such as watercolour, journaling and collage.

Stay centered and grounded

Whether you’re working with a physical fitness issue, emotional upset, career change or relationship matters. Engaging with wellness mentoring allows you to unpack the broader, underlying themes using a gentle process of yoga, meditation, creative practice, and discussion. There is no question that, at times, life can be challenging and when we’re navigating stress our thinking mind shifts into overdrive, creating additional worry. My mentoring approach is to foster mindfulness and embodiment routines, enabling the clients to stay centered and grounded.

Healing journey

My mentoring aims to find gifts and growth within any situation, allowing you to evolve through it with a sense of renewal. Personal development work is often a process, the intention here is to carefully co-create a healing journey that provides insight and then transformation.

Programme around your needs

One-to-One; I design a programme of work around your needs, reviewing progress weekly. With bespoke work the path often changes as we go. Weekly sessions can involve physical yoga, meditation, mantra and singing, or core values work. One to one clients are able to communicate with me between sessions using WhatsApp, videocall and email.

Wellness Mentoring

Wellness Mentoring can be carried out in one off or multiple sessions for teams or groups. I can design a series of short workshops that support your group to a desired outcome. This will normally entail physical yoga, meditation and then creative practices. Depending on the circumstances we usually close each group sessions with an exploration of shared work.

I offer a range of contact methods to suit every circumstance, face to face at your location or via video call and WhatsApp. Where possible I like to meet clients in person for the first one or two sessions.

Regular yoga & meditation sessions at work are a key wellness offering, supporting staff happiness, productivity, and retention. Yoga at work has many benefits and can relieve the buildup of physical tension or stress. Sessions offer space away from a busy work schedule, providing people with a sense of calm and clarity. Yoga and/or meditation sessions can be specially designed to meet your available time and specific needs i.e., improve creativity, reduce stress levels, develop greater harmony.

  • Private

    Private

Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to create time for yourself without leaving home. Whether you’re aiming to improve your physical strength, learn meditation, improve lung capacity, or even recover from a recent illness, private classes can be designed to meet your exact needs. I travel to you and teach in the comfort of your own home, bringing any yoga equipment required. Private classes are for everyone, no yoga experience is required. Small groups are also welcome where space is provided.

“Its been such an inspiring journey working with Claire. I wanted to improve my creative writing, we worked on grounding practices, using my voice through mantra and then meditation kriyas on trust. My writing has taken off but so much else has changed too”
