Kundalini yoga in particular offers us specific tools in the mastery of consciousness. With regular practice this type of yoga brings renewal, personal growth and soul alignment.

It is a powerful tool to access higher levels of intelligence and energy and is particularly effective when navigating life transitions, adversity, or creative blocks.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is the coordination of movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. A dynamic practice that stimulates energy flow and builds heat in the body. This type of yoga develops strength, flexibility, and confidence. Vinyasa yoga can be accessed by people of all ages, fitness, and mobility levels, bringing together physical fitness, mindfulness, and emotional balance.

Wellness Mentoring
Wellness Mentoring combines several aspects of yoga (movement, meditation, chanting & breathwork) with personal development and creative practices to facilitate genuine change. This combined approach works over a series of sessions, supporting individuals or small groups to engage with life-limiting patterns/blocks and work towards creating new narratives, patterns, and goals.

As a qualified Vinyasa and Kundalini yoga teacher I bring something exciting and new. Delivering powerful and uplifting classes that focus on embodiment, breath-work and building resilience. From beginners’ vinyasa, to flow and meditation, or classic kundalini, I design a range of new classes to get your students excited.

Regular yoga & meditation sessions at work are a key wellness offering, supporting staff happiness, productivity, and retention. Taking a guided class has many benefits and can relieve the buildup of physical tension or stress. Sessions can also be specially designed to meet specific needs e.g, improve creativity, develop harmony.

Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to create time for yourself at home. Whether you’re aiming to improve your physical strength, learn meditation, or even recover from a recent illness, private classes are designed around your needs. I travel to you and bring any yoga equipment. Small groups are also welcome where space is provided.
